If you are not 100% satisfied with this item simply return it to us and get full amount refund!
We accept returns for refund within 14 days from the item’s reception date. Item must be in original condition (not worn or used).
We retain the right to refuse any refund if we feel the return policy is being abuse

Availability and Delivery Procedures

We aim to deliver all products within 15 working days and can often be accommodating with urgent deadlines. Many of our products are made to your specifications so on some occasions production may take longer.

Please provide a delivery address which is available for receipt of goods between 9am and 6pm on working days. We are often able to give exact dates for delivery but cannot give specific times of day. The carrier will require a signature on delivery.

Damaged Items

On rare occasions where products have been damaged in transit, please inform our sales team immediately in writing. If the goods have been signed for without query then our carriers require notification by 5pm the next working day after delivery. If on receipt you suspect the items have been damaged in transit please sign ‘DAMAGED’ on the carrier’s delivery note. You will then have 10 working days to inform us in writing.

Returns Policy Business to Business Purchases

We reserve the right to refuse the return of any items unless the goods are damaged or faulty. If agreed with RAL Display, some standard stock items may be returned subject to a restocking charge. Damaged or faulty items will be replaced. As many of the products are manufactured to your specification please ensure that your selections (e.g. colour and size) are correct.

Purchases by Private Individuals Unconnected with Business

Standard items can be returned for a full refund. We allow 14 days for goods to be retuned, unused and in their original packaging. Returns may be refused for goods manufactured to customer’s specifications such as folding display panels, printing graphic banner , etc.
